Our proven 5-step process ensures long-lasting durability of your custom finish. It starts with surface preparation, whereby we remove grease, wax, paint and rust, and repair small dents or cracks to ensure the best possible surface.

Afterward, we will apply a sealer to protect the surface before we paint on a base coat. We then apply a protective clear coat, and cure the rim in our special oven.

Once we are satisfied with the curing phase, we will buff the clear coat to bring out the paint’s luster remove any imperfections. When the wheel has successfully passed our stringent quality check, we will fit the tyre back onto the rim and fit the wheel back onto your car. After wheel balancing and alignment, your will be ready to hit the road.
